Dr. Birnbaum will lead this years post symposium Disaster Conference. Dr. Binbaum is Emeritus Professor of Medicine and Psychology at the University of Wisconsin, director of the Emergency Medical Services Program at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, medical director of the City of Madison Fire Department Emergency Medical Services System and the Paramedic Training Program and the medical director of Emergency Medical Services for the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics, University of Wisconsin.
